# Roadmap

> Where LePosta is going: from the MCP server to Mac and iPhone apps, open contacts and end-to-end encrypted secrets.

Each phase ships only when the previous one proves itself in real use.

**1. F0 · Server (current)**

Remote MCP server with seven tools, GitHub sign-in, invite-only group, REST API and the Claude Code session hook.

*Moves on after two weeks of real use where notes actually get picked up again.*

**2. F1 · Mac**

Menu bar app, stickies on login and wake, a desktop widget, and a notification when a handoff arrives.

*Moves on when stickies replace loose Markdown files.*

**3. F2 · iPhone**

App with home and lock screen widgets, a share extension to save a note from any app, and Sign in with Apple.

*Moves on when the group passes postas for real.*

**4. F3 · Open**

Contacts by invitation beyond the initial group, a web link with "copy as prompt" for people without the connector, and live notifications in Claude Code sessions.

*Moves on when there is a real need to pass secrets.*

**5. F4 · Vault**

End-to-end encrypted secrets between the apps. The agent never sees the value; the posta only says it exists. It opens once, in the app, and expires.
