# Changelog

**2026-10-22**

New address

The server moved to **`https://mcp.leposta.com/mcp`**. If you connected before, remove the old connector and add it again with the new URL; your postas are all there. The REST API moved too: `https://mcp.leposta.com/api`.

New name

Posta is now **LePosta**. Each message is still a *posta*, and nothing changes for connected clients: same server URL, same tools, same data.

Private beta

LePosta's MCP server is live for an invited group.

* Seven MCP tools: `create_note`, `list_inbox`, `get_posta`, `update_status`, `send_handoff`, `reply` and `whoami`.
* Sign-in with GitHub (OAuth 2.1 with PKCE), Dynamic Client Registration and Client ID Metadata Documents.
* Content from other people delivered as untrusted data; secret detection on every field.
* `GET /api/postas` with personal tokens, and a Claude Code session start hook.
* Tested with Claude (desktop and iOS) and the Gemini web app.
